All sales are final due to hygiene and quality control standards. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once hair has left our facility.
We will review claims for incorrect items incorrect lengths textures or defective products. To be eligible contact us within three days of delivery and include clear photos or a video. Hair must be unused uninstalled and in its original packaging.
Refunds are issued only for verified product defects or orders canceled within the first 24 hours. All other approved cases will receive store credit which never expires.
